Sourdough Biscuits 1 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup butter (melted) 2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup sourdough starter 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Cut in butter to dry ingredients. Add starter and mix. Knead on lightly floured board until smooth. Roll dough 1/2" thick. Cut with floured 2 1/2" cutter. Place biscuits in well greased 9" square pan. Brush with melted butter. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake in 425F for 20 min.
