Fantasy Fudge 3 cup sugar 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1/4 cup butter 7 oz. marshmallow cream 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart pan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 min. over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Makes approximately 3 lbs.
