Clear gravy 2 Tbsp fat drippings 1 3/4 C. broth Bring fat and broth to a boil on med heat. 2 Tbsp corn starch disolved in 1/4 C. COLD water. Add corn starch and water to fat and broth. Boil for 1 min. Thickens as it cools. Salt and pepper to taste. You can make recipe thicker by adding flour or cornstarch and they can be thined by adding more liquid. Does not have to be exact.
