Cheese Cake
   1/3 cup butter
   1 1/2 cup cinnimon-sugar Graham crackers [1 pkg]
   1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Melt the butter, crush the graham crackers, and mix all.  Press against the 
sides of pie dish, and microwave till warm(1 1/2 min). [Overheat->overhard]  
   16 oz. cream cheese
   2 eggs
   3/4 cup sugar
   2 tsp. vanilla
Mix, and beat until smooth and fluffy.  Spread over crust.  Bake at 350F for 
20 to 25 min. until set.
   8 oz. dairy sour cream
   1/8 cup sugar
   1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix until smooth.  Spread over hot cheese cake.  Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
