Bay Leaf Catfish
1 lb. Raw Catfish Nuggets (Including juice)
2-3 Bay Leaves
3-6 tbsp. Tiparos Fish Sauce
1-3 cloves cracked garlic

Mix all in a non-stick skillet and cook, stirring periodically, till done.  Serve over white rice.
